On the scenic beach of Paradise Cove, Sharon (Chrissie Chau) and Rachel (Theresa Fu) work at the restaurant of their martial artist uncle (Monk Law) and are avid players of beach volleyball. Their carefree days are over when the wealthy Mrs. Brewer (Candice Yu) plans to acquire the land and develop it into a holiday resort, which is met with strong opposition from the residents. Even Mrs. Brewer�s son Tim (Him Law), who has fallen in love with Sharon, openly defies her. Then both sides agree to settle the dispute by beach volleyball � the locals� team will enter an upcoming tournament against Mrs. Brewer�s daughters Natalie (Jessica C.) and Natasha (Phoenix Valen), and whoever wins decides the fate of Paradise Cove�
