It is the break of dawn. Flickering city lights illuminate from afar. An old fisherman casts his fishing line from a pier into the dark ocean. At a distance stands an obscure figure - the Collector. Armed with a pocket watch and a protocol, his attention alternates between the fisherman and the watch. At 06:30 am, the old fisherman falls flat on the wet, cold ground, and the Collector casually crosses out the old fisherman's name in the protocol. "Indrivaren" tells the story about an anonymous bureaucrat that works for Death - collecting the souls of the departed. Stuck in a monotonous work routine, the Collector starts to question his vocation after an encounter with a terminally ill girl named Amanda. The more he learns about her the more he starts playing by his own rules - a dangerous game that will have unimagined consequences.
