The story is about the real estate business happening in Kerala focusing on the city of Calicut. Beena (Rima Kallingal) plays as the lady love of Surnedran in the movie. The movie is been directed by Renjith. The story starts to move when Achuta Menon comes to surendrans office for selling a property. Its infact owned by his first wife. The deal goes for a toss as Achuta Menons son interfere.
