As the adorable Buffy in the hit 1960s sitcom Family Affair Anissa Jones was the most famous child star of her generation. But on August 28th 1976 she died at a friend's house in Oceanside, California. She was only 18 years old. A photograph taken at the beach the previous day showed her in good physical shape. World-renowned forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Hunter investigates her life and last hours to solve the mystery of her sudden, tragic death.
