After years of living with the cold and snow of Denver, Colorado, Candice and Brian are ready to trade it all in for a waterfront lifestyle in Cocoa Beach, Florida. They've enlisted broker Andy Barclay to help them find a home on the water with a pool and a large outdoor space for their two daughters.
